Adults sign for themselves. A parent or legal guardian must complete required documents for minors.
ZERO INTOXICATION
No alcohol, marijuana or impairing substances before or during any activity. No BYOB.
GEAR STAYS ON
Closed-toe shoes and all assigned eye, face, hearing and body protection are mandatory.
STAFF HAS FINAL SAY
Unsafe conduct, horseplay, threats or ignored instructions can end a session immediately without refund.
ONLY APPROVED ITEMS
No outside weapons, hazardous materials or breakables unless inspected and approved by staff.

Damage outside designated activity areas, harassment or deliberate misuse may result in removal and charges.

Will the experiences be safe?
Yes. Protective equipment, rules and staff supervision will be part of every experience.
Can I book a birthday or company event?
Yes. Birthday, private event and team-building packages are planned.
Will there be age restrictions?
Some activities will have minimum age requirements and may require adult consent.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every participant must complete the applicable waiver before entering an activity area. Website acceptance is not a substitute for the signed participant waiver.
Can we drink before or during the experience?
No. Break Point has a zero-intoxication policy. Anyone who appears impaired may be refused participation or removed without refund.
What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required. Avoid loose clothing and jewelry. All assigned protective equipment must remain on until staff says it may be removed.
