- Booking-request information such as requested experience, date, time, group size, contact details and notes.
- Technical information automatically provided by browsers or hosting services, such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps and security logs.
- Later booking and waiver systems may collect payment, signature, age, emergency-contact or incident information under an updated policy.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

3. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Break Point uses service providers to host the website, process forms and send email. Current website providers include Netlify and Resend. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to provide their services, subject to their own privacy and security terms. Future payment, booking, waiver, analytics or customer-management providers will be identified when implemented.
4. EMAIL & TEXT CHOICES
- Waitlist members may receive opening news and promotional email after opting in.
- Marketing emails should include a working unsubscribe method. Transactional booking or safety communications may still be sent when necessary.
- Providing a phone number on the current form does not authorize promotional text messages.
- Break Point will obtain separate legally sufficient consent before using automated or promotional text messaging.
5. RETENTION & SECURITY
- Break Point will keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal compliance, safety records and legitimate business operations.

- Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information through open text fields.
6. CHILDREN
The website and waitlist are intended for adults arranging activities. Children should not submit personal information directly without a parent or legal guardian. Final minor-participant booking and waiver processes will be designed for guardian completion.
7. REQUESTS, CORRECTIONS & UPDATES
- To ask about, correct or request deletion of information, reply to a Break Point email or use the website contact/booking channel and clearly identify the request.
- Some information may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, insurance or safety purposes.
- This policy may be updated as the business adds a location, payments, booking software, analytics, text messaging or other services. The effective date will be revised when changes are published.
