BOOKING & WEBSITE

TERMS &
POLICIES.

These preliminary terms explain booking requests, payments, cancellations, guest conduct and use of the Break Point Santa Fe website. Final checkout terms and the signed participant waiver will control where they conflict.

Draft updated July 21, 2026 · Final legal review required before paid bookings open.

1. BOOKING REQUESTS

  • A website submission is a request only and does not create a confirmed reservation.
  • A reservation is confirmed only after Break Point accepts it and any required payment, deposit and participant information are received.
  • Break Point may decline or modify a request based on capacity, staffing, age requirements, maintenance, safety, private events or regulatory limits.

2. PAYMENT & PRICING

  • Website prices are preliminary, shown per person unless a package states otherwise, and may change before opening.
  • Session time, breakables, paint, lane access, gear, taxes, service charges and add-ons vary by package and will be shown before payment.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a reservation. Unpaid requests may be released.
  • Discounts, gift cards and promotions are subject to their stated restrictions and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.

3. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • The cancellation, rescheduling, credit and refund policy displayed at checkout applies to the reservation.
  • Group-size reductions, date changes and package changes are subject to availability and may affect price.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit deposits or payments as disclosed at checkout.
  • Break Point may cancel or reschedule for safety, equipment failure, staffing, weather, utilities, government order or other conditions beyond reasonable control. The available remedy may be a refund, credit or rescheduled session as stated in the final booking policy.

4. ARRIVAL & PARTICIPATION

  • Guests must arrive early enough for check-in, identification, waiver completion, safety briefing and equipment fitting.
  • Late arrival may shorten the session without refund.
  • Every participant must satisfy age, health, clothing, conduct, waiver and safety requirements.
  • The purchaser is responsible for sharing rules and arrival requirements with every guest in the group.

5. REFUSAL OR REMOVAL

  • No refund is owed when a guest is refused or removed for intoxication, aggression, harassment, unsafe behavior, prohibited items, failure to sign required documents, failure to wear required gear or failure to follow staff instructions.
  • Break Point may seek payment for intentional or reckless damage to facilities, tools, safety equipment, cameras, targets or property not designated for destruction.
  • Nothing in these terms waives rights or duties that cannot legally be waived.

6. WEBSITE USE

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website, forms, accounts or connected services.
  • Website content, branding, photographs, graphics and original materials belong to Break Point or their licensors and may not be commercially copied without permission.
  • Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. Break Point is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
  • Website information may contain errors or change without notice while the business is under development.
